Android Agenda Widget

Well, I don't remember how long I used this phone, my HTC Hero, may be 8 or 7 months. I have been used martphone serveral years with 2 Symbian fones, and now Im using android phone for my job, Android is amazing but Google should improve alot. Yo, if you have many things NEED to do, why do you need to remember the whole things in mind, let machine do that, right ?
I want to share a cool software that I have just found it, Android Agenda Widget. If you are using ROM non-SenseUI, you may need this for your bussiness calendar, I use Cronos 1.4ROM with HTC SenseUI, with default Calendar widget everyday, every hours, but I feel it missed something, such as add calendar button, customization UI .etc. And I find and see it. Android Agenda Widget.
